Choose My Plate Celebrates Its First Birthday

Choose My Plate is celebrating its First Birthday.  Filling 1/2 your plate with fruits and vegetables, 1/4 with grains and 1/4 with protein is a simple way to promote healthier eating.  Remember to watch your portion size however, and include as many whole grains as possible, proteins should be lean choices, and vegetables should not include added fats.
