Eat More Produce

According to the Journal of Epidemiology & Community Health, eating seven or more daily servings of produce vs less than one, will drop your risk of death over a 12 year period by 42%.

Visiting your local Farmer’s Market is a great way to work toward that goal.  And remember, every additional serving of vegetables a day does matter even if you can’t make it to the recommendation of 7 servings.
